To place a service call:

Ask about cost-effective service contracts on copiers, faxes and printers.

1. Make a note of the five-digit ID# on the POS tag on the front panel of your machine.  If your machine doesn’t have a tag, make a note of the brand and model number.
2. Call 639-6000 to reach our friendly service dispatcher.
3. Give the ID# and a description of the problem to the dispatcher. The tag number allows the dispatcher to immediately access your machine history records in our on-line system to schedule your call.
4. THAT’S IT. Your call is logged and scheduled.
